These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and filbey ("filbey", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the filbey online gaming platform, accessible at filbey.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the filbey Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You further confirm that you have read and accept filbey's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the filbey Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. Filipino players accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines are subject to Philippine law in addition to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on filbey, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed under local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of filbey, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any game content provider listed on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the filbey Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

filbey uses third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) and age verification services to confirm player eligibility. Providing false information during the registration or verification process is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

To access the full range of filbey services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

As part of filbey's KYC compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, you may be required to submit any or all of the following documents before withdrawals are enabled:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo ID (PhilSys card, passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, barangay certificate, or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash wallet or bank account in your registered name)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filbey login credentials. You must notify filbey immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. filbey shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

All financial transactions on filbey are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). filbey accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. filbey reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via any accepted payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction to your verified payment account.
• Withdrawal to Own Account Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified filbey account.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on your account verification level. Current limits are displayed within your filbey account dashboard.
• No filbey Processing Fees: filbey does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own fees (if any) remain your responsibility.

filbey reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML screening, or investigation of potential bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. In such cases, filbey will notify you via your registered email address and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

filbey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are awarded in PHP and credited to your filbey bonus wallet unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless filbey explicitly allows bonus stacking for a specific promotion.
• filbey reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel an active bonus at any time if filbey has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or a technical error in the bonus calculation.
• Bonuses and promotions are available to Philippine-resident players aged 21 and above only.

filbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where practicable.

All games available on the filbey Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing arcade games, bingo, sports betting, and any other game category — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

You agree to use the filbey Platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with filbey games or the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing filbey staff, live dealers, or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform or filbey systems that you are not authorised to access.

filbey's random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers. filbey does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so once a game round has commenced.

filbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. All players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered filbey players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Limits take effect immediately; increases to limits require a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out and shown a responsible gaming reminder.
• Reality Check Notifications: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during play that display the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the filbey Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

All content on the filbey Platform — including but not limited to the filbey brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of filbey or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the filbey Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or broadcast any filbey content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any filbey content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the filbey Platform software.
• Use the filbey brand, logo, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of the filbey Platform without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of filbey intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and related laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filbey and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues beyond filbey's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a game malfunction or technical error that is subsequently corrected in accordance with filbey's resolution policy.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) or Philippine banking infrastructure.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the filbey Platform that has since been updated or corrected.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude filbey's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable Philippine law.

filbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached, or filbey reasonably suspects that you have breached, any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• filbey is required to do so by PAGCOR, a Philippine government authority, a court order, or applicable law.
• filbey suspects your account of being involved in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• You have requested self-exclusion or filbey has determined that responsible gaming intervention is required.
• Your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

You may close your filbey account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, within ten (10) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and filbey regarding any aspect of the Platform, game outcome, or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through filbey's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. filbey will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aims to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through filbey's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority for filbey's operations in the Philippines. Unresolved disputes not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

filbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Such changes may be made to reflect updates to PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, new Platform features, or improvements to our responsible gaming framework.

When material changes are made to these Terms, filbey will notify registered players by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the filbey Platform homepage and login page for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the changes.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address with a summary of the material changes and the effective date.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the date the revised Terms were published.

Your continued use of the filbey Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
